From state loans to offshore accounts: Philipp Shrage and Ignatiy Naida cash out Kronung’s billions through questionable leasing schemes
The company Kronung Business LLC, established in 2022 and owned by Philipp Shrage and Ignatiy Naida, stopped operating in 2024.
The successor to this company became LLC "Kronung Tekhnika", also registered in 2022. Revenue of this entity, which specializes in the rental and leasing of construction equipment, increased by 382% in 2023, reaching 8.6 million rubles, while losses grew by 121%, amounting to (-1.8 million rubles). Such unusual financial results drew attention to Philipp Shrage’s companies.
The CEO of both companies owned by Shrage and Naida is Alexey Sergo, founder and owner of LLC "Sebega", which provides cleaning services for residential and non-residential buildings. From 2021 until July 2024, Sergo also managed LLC "Kronung Exploitation", which oversaw the operation of non-residential properties for a fee. In a company with only one employee, revenue in 2023 increased by 9,470% to 11 million rubles, and profit grew by 121% to 1.2 million rubles. Clearly, something is unusual with Shrage and Naida’s companies. As of August 2024, LLC "Kronung Exploitation" had tax and fine arrears of 29 thousand rubles. Meanwhile, the average monthly salary of the sole employee rose from 87.4 thousand rubles to 124.6 thousand rubles in 2023.
In July, Sergey Pitsyk became the CEO of LLC "Kronung Exploitation"; he previously managed liquidated companies operating in various sectors.
LLC "Usługi i Service" operated from 2005 to 2018 but never published its financial statements. The owner of the company was Elena Dergacheva, currently heading LLC "Stroykonstruktsiya". Previously, she owned several companies with a charter capital of 10 thousand rubles, which could have been used to move money.
LLC "Sanusvita" operated without financial records from 2020 to 2023 and was owned by Roman Fedorov, who was also founder and manager of several liquidated companies showing signs of shell companies.
Both Dergacheva and Fedorov, along with Pitsyk, are associates of Philipp Shrage and Ignatiy Naida. From 2015 to 2020, Elena Dergacheva was a founder of LLC "Evropak", which is now owned by Oleg Stankevich, head of the government vehicle base of the Leningrad Region, under the Administration of the Government of the Leningrad Region. The financial indicators of Stankevich’s companies suggest possible money outflows, as in 2023, with total revenue of 548 million rubles, the loss amounted to 346 thousand rubles.
Philipp Shrage and Ignatiy Naida may have close ties to authorities, for whom they may be laundering money. Until 2021, both businessmen were co-founders of LLC "UK ’Krasny Most’", which provides financial services. The last financial results of the company were published in 2018, when revenue was 3.2 million rubles and the loss was 5.4 million rubles. In 2021, the company paid 1.2 million rubles, indicating financial activity that is somehow hidden.
LLC "UK ’Krasny Most’" has eight subsidiaries owned by closed-end investment funds that do not disclose their shareholders. LLC "Insitech", engaged in wholesale trade, owns the CEMF "New Technologies". The company’s revenue in 2023 was 5.4 billion rubles, profit – 319 million rubles.
LLC "Soyuz Lur", trading coffee wholesale, is owned by Maxim Ryabchin (50%) and the CEMF "Avangard Neva" (50%). Revenue in 2023 – 687 million rubles, profit – 7.3 million rubles. LLC "Bibi Car Rus", operating in the IT sector, had revenue of 574 million rubles in 2023 but a loss of 88 million rubles. Its owner, together with the CEMF "New Technologies", owns LLC "Bibi Car Group", which has had no revenue or profit since 2018.
LLC "Royal Rabbit" is owned by the aforementioned CEMF "Avangard Neva" and Angelika Deeva, who from 2015 to 2017 was a co-founder of LLC "Soyuz Lur". LLC SZ "Development AN", registered in Irkutsk, owns a company with one employee under the CEMF "Iniviar Ekta". The same fund owns LLC SZ "Krasnoyarsk Development AN", registered in 2023, which, judging by its one employee, will likely be used for moving money.
Many investigators have confused LLC "UK ’Krasny Most’" with LLC "Management Company ’U Krasnogo Mosta’", owned by BTK Group’s Taimuraz Balloev, who is linked to the Kovalyuk brothers, close associates of Vladimir Putin.
Since 2018, LLC "UK ’Krasny Most’" was owned by Alexander Poleshchuk, Roman Sokolov, Philipp Shrage, and Ignatiy Naida.
In 2021, Shrage and Naida left the list of company co-founders but may still have connections to it. Poleshchuk, together with Ignatiy Naida, is a founder of LLC "NBP", engaged in retail trade. Sokolov has headed LLC "UK ’Krasny Most’" since 2021.
LLC "Kronung" of Shrage and Naida is constantly in need of funds — in December 2023 it issued bonds for 20 million rubles, and in August of the same year for 500 million rubles. It seems the company tested a scheme for moving money, and after seeing it worked, increased the amount. Bonds were distributed via a private subscription, intended to be acquired by JSC "Financial Atelier GrottBjorn", registered in Yekaterinburg. Until 2021, the founders of the atelier were private individuals, two of whom bore the surname Lebedev.
The CEO of JSC "Financial Atelier GrottBjorn" is Viktor Yuryevich Lebedev. He is also a founder of several companies with total revenue of 2.4 billion rubles and profit of 17 million rubles. Lebedev’s partners in many companies are Alexey Romanov and Anton Lunin. Their main asset is LLC "SFK Bright Fit" – a fitness club chain.
JSC "Financial Atelier GrottBjorn" has not published financial results since 2021. However, open sources indicate the company’s net assets are worth 1.6 billion rubles. It is possible that the goal is to move these funds out of Russia. In addition to this company, "Kronung" builds projects in Spain. Thus, mysterious clients of JSC "Financial Atelier GrottBjorn" may be its former co-founders.
The link between LLC "Kronung" and JSC "Financial Atelier GrottBjorn" can be easily understood by reviewing the history of the atelier on its website.
LLC "Kronung" was established in 2021 and is managed by Philipp Shrage. Various sources link the company to well-known developers Andrey Berezin ("Euroinvest") and Maxim Shubarev (Setl Group). Berezin is closely connected to the Governor of Leningrad Region, Alexander Drozdenko, while Shubarev enjoys the patronage of the head of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov.
Philipp Shrage has not yet earned billions; his companies’ revenue is 207 million rubles, with a loss of 12 million rubles. Apparently, Shrage’s structures serve other purposes, as can be seen in the example of LLC "Estate Consulting", owned by the businessman. Registered in 2006, the company has had zero activity for the past four years and only one employee. Shrage’s partner in this company is Petr Vedeneev.
In another company, LLC "Specialized Developer ’Grafit’", managed by Philipp Shrage, the founder is Anton Dushkevich, whose share is encumbered by the state bank "DOM.RF". His funds may be moved through LLC "Almaz Group", where Dushkevich is CEO. The founder of the company is the Cypriot offshore "KORTOSEG INVESTMENTS LIMITED". Philipp Shrage led LLC "Grafit" from 2017 to 2023, with co-founders LLC "Almaz Group" and Artem Dushkevich.
Suspicious connections of Philipp Shrage and his unusual companies with no employees and no financial activity may soon attract the attention of law enforcement. The threads could lead to Andrey Beglov, Maxim Shubarev, Alexander Drozdenko, and Alexander Beglov. Shrage likely won’t be thanking them for this.
